During a recent Magento 2.4.4 development sprint, I ran into a puzzling indexing error that might look familiar to fellow devs working with Elasticsearch.
Scans varchar product attributes used in flat tables and sets column lengths based on actual data instead of 255, preventing MySQL 1118 indexing failures.
Adds configurable “Sale”/“New” badges to category/search listings and product pages, with an admin UI, manual assignments or indexed rules, and a GraphQL field to fetch active labels.
Checks and exposes Elasticsearch cluster health on a schedule via cron and on demand through admin/CLI, with simple Composer installation steps.
